It seems like You could plug almost any QB into lineup and get the same results. While that is admittedly a broad generalization it has credibility. Our offense is QB-shy. The coaching, scheme etc seem to have marginalized the position.

I don't think so. They throw the ball a good bit more than we do and when they do throw it, it is more likely to be down the field rather than sideways.
