Why isn't Armand Williams getting playing time?

I thought about this last night as this team seems to be littered with slot style receivers and Armand Williams could give us a bigger presence on the outside. I wonder if he can catch?

None of us have seen him practice so no one will give you an answer. Are you basing how good he is off of high school tape?

I totally disagree with not having good hands. During drills they were throwing balls his way and I did not hear the slaps that shep and other guys were making. And by the way he was catching the balls.
