Yeah, that's all it was really. I would have been fine with either of them advancing in that round, but Mila beating Hepburn was just bullshite and fricked the tournament.

IMO it is totally relevant
women from before the age of photoshop and plastic surgery are at a huge disadvantage
this is what makes someone like Grace Kelly even that much more impressive than a Beckinsale or whatever other generic "pretty girl" you put up
