How is it not courtroom quality evidence? 2 of Vilma's direct supervisors/superiors are prepared to testify against him.

If it didn't happen then Vilma would have a case against GW and Cerullo, but Goodell is in the clear here. The evidence is sufficiently credible to get Goodell off the hook for defamation.

Two bad in the case of GW, since he is only suspended indefinitely , he wants his suspension to end as soon as possible so he will comply with whatever his boss wants.Thats a conflict of interest and his statement and testimony won't hold weight in court
