Carson + KingRanch + Bapple =
MUST BUY
Bapple, the ergos on the HK45, P30, and P2000 lines (newer) are light years ahead of the USP lines. Definitely try one out. If you are in BR, you can borrow one of mine.

I'd love to go out to Sherburne with some of the OB dudes one day. I have some steel targets that I shoot out there. We could turn it into a fun match up.
And thanks for the offer! To lend one of your HK babies to a fellow shooter is a high honor!
I'll tell you this too; I shot an HK P7 before and it blew me away. I thought the grip looked stupid and would be awkward to handle. Boy was I wrong. It points naturally, the sights are clear with a big rear notch, the trigger has no grit, and the fixed barrel allows for very smooth recoil. Even though your P30 is a hammer fired gun without the squeeze grip, I bet it is another smooth HK product.
Cheers, bro.
