Nawww...that only comes from generations of marrying your cousins. I have avoided that popular practice here.

Eric Martin works at my company. Need to give him a shout out.

Played against James Britt when I was at Bossier. He was considered by many to be the best QUARTERBACK in the South his Sr. year of high school. He had a way of jerking his arms right before the snap that would draw the defense off. Incredible athlete

Man, tell Eric Martin thanks for the LSU and the Saint years. He was deadly on the slant with Bobby Hebert.
as for my former Tigers...
Tommy Hodson and Eddie Fuller... 'nuff said.

Punter Chad Kessler and LB Lawrence Williams. Kessler holds the single season school record for punting average at 50.28 yards per punt in 1997 and is second in school history for career yards per punt at 42.9.
In the 1981 season Lawrence Williams has the third most tackles in a season in school history at 144 tackles. He also has the third most career tackles in school history at 386 tackles.

Never understood how he didn't catch on with some team in the NFL. I know he wasn't a 4.3 40 guy or 6'5", 220 lbs...but was a solid receiver.

LaRon Landry (biggest hitter I have ever seen on an LSU defense)
Alley Broussard (if only he could've stayed healthy)
Jacob Hester (favorite player of all-time to wear an LSU uniform. Tough as nails)
Michael Clayton (start of LSU recruiting Texas after Saban came in)
Keiland Williams (still bugs me we never got to see this guy's potential at the college level.)

Don't hear much about Kyle Williams either considering the career he's had.

Cedric Donaldson. I'll never forget that pick 6 he had against UF in 97.

ya'll all wrong------
Garland Jean Batiste. aka THE TRUTH. who was it that did that kick out block for Eddie Fuller when he ran for that touchdown during the earthquack game? who was it who pwnd those defensive linemen when Harvey Williams score a bunch of touchdowns? The GJB thats who.
the number two MIGHT be Alvin Lee, if only because he was Jarett Lee's older long-lost brother, kinda like a Racer X - Speed Racer type deal....
