I realized that and I have watched the rest of the games since then at home on tv. I don't have the back to stand there anymore for the whole game and I know that I couldnt do it anymore.
Still, why stand for the entire game from begining to end and force everyone behind you to have to stand also ?

I guess everyone gets old and broken. That's why I haven't been to a game in over ten years.

the bigger question is why are there seats in a stadium if you are supposed to stand the whole time?

Where do (did) you sit? Outside the student section and those awful extreme lower levels, I don't see anywhere in the stadium where folks stand the entire game for every game.

There's certainly no tradition of the sort in Tiger Stadium, and people who act like there is, don't know squat.
