I would think its the other way around. The lawyers/NFL are basically dicking around and not sticking to an appropriate schedule. Shes seemed pissed off already at the way they are handling things, i can only see that as a positive for the players.

The tweet says she issued a show cause to the NFLPA attorneys why THEY should not be removed for conflict of interest, indicating they are the ones not fully participating in settlement talks, not the league attorneys, and points to Kessler specifically.
The show cause is against the players representation and specifically quotes Berrigan as saying they aren't representing their clients best interests in settling bc of prior bad relations with the league.
This is a very bad sign for the players.
No idea where this came from or why she suddenly feels this way...
Unless this is all part of her trying to find a way to justify the TRO. Players need more time to to ensure effective assistance of counsel...
But damn this would be a wild way to go about it...
