Building your own system isn't that difficult, but the thread does say budget pc; and no one here can deny that you can buy a system a lot cheaper than you can build your own if you don't already have a monitor and a copy of windows. that's where the expense comes in. $300 for a monitor, $300 or so for windows........

but yeah, building one isn't that difficult.
