Well phanners, we have reached the end of the road. Summer 2012 was a fabulous outing for the band, culminating in it's most consistent tour since 2000. A bold statement, but one I will stand by. I was only able to attend Oak Mtn and ATL and wish I could have done all tour (especially Denver, Ill get to that later)
Standout jams of Leg II
Long Beach: Rock n Roll->Ghost
San Fran Night 3 : Crosseyed and Painless, Light > Sneaking Sally Through the Alley > Crosseyed and Painless, Theme from the Bottom
Kansas City : Tweezer
Oak Mtn: While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Rock n Roll->The Lizards
ATL: Chalk Dust Torture->What's the Use?
Charlotte: Actually I haven't gotten to listen to this show so if anyone wants to hook it up....
STL: See above
Denver: Wow, just wow is all I can say. After last year I knew I had to go to these shows. Unfortunately my good friend that lives in Denver decided to visit Baton Rouge this weekend
SO MUCH phenomenal music. Night 1 is probably the best show of 3.0. frick YOUR FACE. First Tube opener!!! Uncle Pen is one of their best bluegrass tunes. Carini contained an all-timer jam. YEM is and always will be the quintessential Phish song and it is more than welcome in the first set. UNDERMIND!! I could go on and on about this show but there is no point. Just download it.
Nights 2 and 3 were also phantastic. Hell, Dick's has certainly taken Hampton's place as Phish's site for nuclear weapon test experiments. They do there what they are the best at: JAMMMING.
Thanks Phish.

I was at the OKC show. Lots of fun. My Friend, My Friend stood out to me as the song of the night.

Light from the second night of Dick's is probably the best jam of 3.0, IMO. And Sand from the next night isn't far off.

That was the best part of Dick's- the amount of improv. Trey was finally patient. Can't wait for next year.
COME TO NOLA

The Dick's run really is fantastic. So great to hear them playing so well.

Where can I listen to the Denver show?
I really want to get into Phish and I've tried like hell but with no success.... About ready to give it another shot, who knows maybe this will be the key that unlocks that door.

Saturday might have been my favorite of all 3 nights, but there was also some really good shite going down on shakedown street.
Fish almost passed out from jamming too hard and was handed a banana and Trey was messing with him. Good stuff.
Light was uber awesome

Wow face melted from last weekend, still trying to get back even. It's too bad no fall tour this year. And yes I also want to make a trip to Nola for a Phish show, maybe jazzfest again!!

Also just wanted to add just relistened to the light from night 2 and it is truly next level shite. The last 8-10 minutes are pure hose! I sometimes wonder if they listen to those jams sometimes and even wonder themselves where the hell it came from.

Jazz Fest would suffice, but I really want a 3 night run at Lakefront Arena. That may be asking for too much, but they havent been here since '99 and we deserve it. New Orleans has too much musical history to be ignored like this.

Listen to 12/14/95 and 7/15/98. 07/25/99 is really good, but it contains some silly Phash so you might not like it.

I don't really understand what was confusing about this statement?

I agree with your Oak Mountain assessment...That shite was awesome...Where can I get a copy of that show?
