My mom text me this morning and said that her house in Belle Terre Lakes only lost a few shingles and her fence was destroyed. No water in her her house, but the water was still rising there, and she asked for us to keep them in our prayers. How can water still be rising in some places?

Apparently water was still almost waist deep on the street in Riverforest.

I was able to make it down St. Andrews yesterday. There's was still 12-16" in some areas. So make sure you're in a truck.
