Yeah, the town should be fine but those low areas out 38 will be in bad shape. the village of Tangipohoa might be bad off. I remember it flooding real bad back in '77. I think it had more to do with debris getting caught in the overpasses. Roseland sits pretty close to the river. So anywhere between hwy 51 and the river from just south of kentwood to roseland might get it pretty bad b/c it's close to the river.

However, the railroad tracks sit pretty high and could serve as some protection possibly.

Damn this sucks. This is the second major damn to fail up that way the other one east of hattiesburg few years back. This shite just keeps getting better
