Leak from under the house - help please!

We have a leak coming from under the floor boards. We have it confined to the corner of the room with a sort of towel levee but the towels are soaked and the water is starting to seep through.
I have cinder blocks and a bag of garden soil. That's all I can think of that I have that would maybe be helpful. In lakeview and this nonstop rain is killing it. Any suggestions?

Goddamn I am glad I live in the desert. I think what you have and lots of towels is gonna be your best bet! Sorry msn....that sucks badly!

Go outside and see if there's a weep hole in the bricks on the wall nearest the leak. If so - temporarily plug the weep hole. If there's no weep hole visible - It may be below ground or a problem with your foundation.
