I buy high quality ground beef. Then salt and pepper a bit and mix lightly. Course salt and pepper on top. Grill.
I normally just eat a burger with chips, but homestyle potatoes could be good.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, serranos, and a fried egg.
What makes ground beef "high quality"?
The rest of your recipe sounds great.

I buy ground ribeye for my burgers from Emmetts in Elmwood. It makes a killer burger. Salt and pepper are all that is necessary. Usually top it with onions, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and avocado. If I use cheese, I add Swiss. BBQ sauce optional
