It's not going to be on ESPN3. Most ESPNU games are not offered on ESPN3. However, it's going to be available on WatchESPN if your ISP offers that.
Looks like Xfinity, Time Warner Cable, Brighthouse, and Verizon are the ISPs that currently offer WatchESPN.

Don't suppose if you would know if you can use this on apple TV?
If not, what is a good option for streaming this to a TV other than hooking up a laptop with HDMI or something of the sort?

According to the linked TV schedule, it is only available on ESPNU.
The schedule is from some LSU fan and will have every game, every week, through the All-star games at the end of the season.

It's a great schedule, but if you have DirecTv you will really love it. Usually on Thursdays during the season they will add a link on the top right for DirecTv channels. It gives the DTV channel numbers for all the games and the ESPN Gameplan channel #'s.
That was how I found out that Madison Square Garden channel carries the SEC network games and it is in HD.
