Seems there are females in Russia who have a band called Pussy Riot. Anyone listen to their music?

I saw a video of theirs, might've been on youtube or a news website. I don't recall being blown away by the music, but so what—these chicks have stones for shitting on Putin, I mean they're risking their freedom and lives here. Punk in the western world has a defiant, fight-the-power image—but it is for the most part just an image. Ironic then that real punk is happening in Russia of all places. I've also read about some punk and metal bands in places like Iran and Afghanistan, where the bands risk their lives just to play for a tiny crowd at clandestine gatherings. There's no posing in those situations—the enemy is real and so are the consequences for speaking out.

Their closing statement was amazing. Just a giant "F you" to those in power.
Never heard their music, but they are remarkable activists.

So...what's worse, a prison in Russia or OPP? I'll actually go with OPP. Might be tortured in Russia, but being in OPP would be torture too.
Sorry for the hijack. I hate myself sometimes.

I give them mad props for doing what they have done.

There's a solid documentary (used to be on Netflix, not sure now) named Heavy Metal in Baghdad. It's worth checking out.
