Who names their place with Stinky and Fish in the same name? Furthermore, do I want to eat at a place where the owner thought that was a good idea? What other of his decisions do I need to concern myself with?

Jim Richard, Proprietor/Chef, Ceo...came from Commander's Palace. Like I said, the name is a little strange but they're serving up good food at the location I went to.
