Maybe it's because I'm a straight female and Jon is my absolute favorite character in the series, but I don't see him remaining celibate; sorry. If anything, Ghost took a liking to Val and I think it shows what Jon thinks of her in his subconscious. He also knows about the Wildling rules of 'stealing' and I think he knows that the Wildlings know that he "stole" Val, and with her consent. I subscribe to the theory that Val and her sister Dalla were priestesses somehow, and are regarded higher in the Wildling society. I think she's allowed herself to be 'stolen' because she wants to be with him and is letting him take his time to realize it. With the NW being in disarray and with Jon either being temporarily dead/in a coma/in Ghost that he's going to be free from his vows.
Besides, once the Wall falls, there's no point to the Night's Watch. I think that once the Wall falls a lot of them are going to haul arse out of there, vows or no vows. The Others are coming for everyone.
