I know what you are trying to say, but I am saying that it wouldn't make sense if it were. If that's where they went with the story, then GOT is like Lost and will have a shitty ending.
How can some noble women hide a pregnancy?
Think about it...they go to kill the King because he MURDERED Robert's Wife(Lyanna)...Ned comes back 1-2 YEARS later with a child.
So that means that Ned's sister would have had to be pregnant and delivered prior to being killed.....why would Robert be marrying a chick with a bastard son? Why wouldn't he know?

They hide in a tower for the duration of that pregnancy, which is what happened. Only Ned, Rhaegar, and 3 members of the Kingsguard knew about it (all of which are dead), so it was a pretty well kept secret.
