Sansa Stark, Queen in the North, Lady of Winterfell

I don't get the support for this popular theory. In fact, I have four problems with it:

(Smallest to biggest)

1) Jon Snow "Stark" -if legitimized per Rob's decree. (Expected to be rescinded by Jon. If it is, then:
2) King Rob's true born heir by Jeyne. (Big if. If not, then:
3) Sansa gets married (again) she's no longer a Stark. (Same as Tywin's sister, a Frey. Even if there's a loophole here, what about:
4) Rickon Stark. (Boom. And no, we can't assume he's dead. I think we can assume Bran ain't coming back- he's really puttin down roots in TLoAW. )

Actually I think that makes it more enticing. Aside from #3, none of these are known to the general public. I think it will be late in the next novel when Littlefinger finds out about Rickon and Jon being legitimized, and he'll seek to kill them, which will be his demise, especially when Sansa discovers Littlefinger's role in her father's death.
