The system denied him his chance at love, coerced him into the most embarrassing situation of his life and claimed his innocence all in one day. Not to mention that the system also likely robbed him of what would've been his first born child.

He's pissed and anger is his main motivation. Although he has managed to control the flames of his rage and used them to temper his own personal blade. He has nothing to lose and he's already lost the only thing he ever truly wanted. So he's content to wait and watch the men who controlled the system scurry around like roaches with the lights on.

He is the anti-varys. Varys wants what is good for the realm but what he really means is he wants what is going to keep the system running as it is meant to. Little finger only wants to destroy.

Can't say I agree with all of this, but for the most part I'm with you.

I'm not sure LF really wants to destroy Westeros, but he certainly wants to exact revenge on the "system" (i.e. the Great Houses). He's already begun by claiming Sansa and now, pretty much, the Vale. That's at least 2 Great Houses he has in his pocket (for all he knows, Jon is dead and/or may as well be since he took the Black, Rickon and Bran are "confirmed" dead, Robb is dead, Arya is suspected dead, and both Catelyn and Ned are dead - Sansa's all that's left and he's got her under thumb -- The name of Arryn has been excreted from the world for the most part and all that's left of it is a sickly little brat who could very easily go flying at some point, or, you know, die from all the Sweetsleep he's being given). From this position, the Great House of the North and the Great House of the Vale are very nearly completely in his grasp and he can make a move on some of the depleted forces of Westeros, particularly given that the Vale has stayed out of combat.

I think his ultimate revenge will be to control the system, rather than obliterate it.

But I also don't think Varys has such pure motives, but at this point, his true motivations are unclear to me.

I believe Varys motives are for him and Illyrio to be in positions of power. I do believe Varys wants the realm to be run correctly and by a good king.
