I've been trying to get my crackpot going with Jorah Mormont as my inspiration. As far as the end of his story, I think he meets Jon Snow, learns of his fathers dying wish and becomes the new lord commander of the Night's Watch.
The more I look into Jorah though, the more theories come about. If he is to survive and make it back to Westeros, he will surely have to reconcile with Dany. If he does so, he will arrive in King's Landing by her side. Obviously nothing will remove him from his queens side, with the exception of one of their's death. So crackpot on, Jorah will survive Slaver's Bay, make it to Westeros, see his Queen die as Nissa Nissa, and kneel to the true King, Jon Targaryen.
After my third, and what I'm telling myself final, re-read of the first 5 installments of Song, my favorite way to look at things now is to take somewhat Secondary characters, like Jorah Mormont, and derive how their story can spell out what might happen to main characters, ie. Dany. Jorah would surely be a member of Dany's Queensguard if she forgives him and accepts him back in her service. We know he is extremely loyal to his Queen. So if Jeor Mormont's dying wish is to come to fruition, Dany will more than likely have to die so Jorah feels like he is free to take the Black. I don't feel like he would trust anyone else to protect her if she is Queen.
Oh and I think once Jon claims Lightbringer, he will return Longclaw to Jorah.
