If it happens, I think she'll figure it out, rather than being told. She knows how Littlefinger thinks better than anyone else (maybe only next to Varys), and then she may be able to figure it out. That's a good point. And I agree that LFs training of Sansa will ultimately lead to her figuring it out. Or at least suspecting it.
But I still think she'll need some sort of confirmation before she'll take the drastic step of killing him or turning on him.
Payne or Hound would be great ways of getting her info that would confirm her suspicions imo.
