As for dragons and stuff...
Brandon Snow, King Torrhen Stark's bastard brother, wanted to kill Aegon's dragon. I think he's the one that Bran sees in his weirwood vision carving 3 weirwood arrows. They went south with an army, and Torrhen ended up changing his mind and sent 3 maesters with Brandon Snow to treat with Aegon.
I think he went south with an army in order to lure all 3 dragons, but only Aegon showed up with Balerion. They couldn't kill just 1 dragon because that would not only piss off Aegon, but his sisters would be much more careful in protecting their dragons and Brandon may not even get a chance to kill them.
Another thing, there's an illustration of a few pages of the new World of Ice and Fire that's due in October (You can pre-order it on amazon). You can look at them here.
There's a page on the Faith Militant Uprising and this caught my eye: "A rainstorm dampened Balerion's fire but could not quench them entirely."
This makes me wonder how effective Dany's dragons would be in a snow storm like that one we see in Winterfell in adwd.

Post that map.
It's a bit of a clusterfrick right now, so I'll need to organize it a bit. I'll post it once I'm done

As fun and awesome as this thread is, Martin needs to write that damn book!

There will surly be a leveling when Wights meet dragonfire.

Hmm, just rechecked and you're correct. Not sure where I got only one dragon showing up

what do you think about the ice dragons from old nan's tales? do you think we see them battle Dany's? maybe jon gets a different dragon than we expect

Well, Martin did write a children's story that involves ice dragons, but I don't know much about it since I haven't read it. It's not set in Westeros, but there may be an overlap of ideas.
To be honest though, I think it may be too late to introduce an ice dragon. If anything, Jon is the ice dragon. From some of the visions/dreams that we see (in Dunk and Egg stories), dragons usually represent a Targaryen, and not a literal dragons.
I have seen some pretty crazy theories about an ice dragon hiding underneath Winterfell or in the Wall though

I have no idea about any evidence about the ice dragons, but I know there was speculation about a fire breathing dragon because of the hot springs. The ice dragon may be because people think there's some sort of Stark/Others connection? Idk, but it was pretty crackpot

Is Maester Marwyn a Targaryen/Blackfire?

Great question. There is no reference that I can find that says he is. They call him simply Marwyn the Mage.

There's two things I know. First, there's something going on with the crypts. Too much emphasis has been put on them and the dead Starks that are down there. Second, didn't one of the Starks knock someone up who hid in the crypts for months until she had her baby (I can never remember who exactly)? That seems to imply there are things down there that can make you self-sufficient. And I doubt a pregnant woman who is not a Targ could just kick it with a dragon down there.
One of the more interesting things I've heard lately is that the Winterfell lower levels could be full of obsidian and could be the key for defeating the Others.

Bael the Bard, a King beyond the Wall is the one that knocked up a Stark daughter.
Jon also has a bunch of dreams drawing him into the crypts, but what's there waiting for him? I like the obsidian theory
Another theory is that there are secret tunnels running from the crypts that could be used to sneak into Winterfell. And that the crypts tunnels run under the heart tree.
