Therefore:
Per Herb, TM is free to attend LSU as a student this year. TM is ineligible to play football at LSU this year. LSU has made no further comment about future seasons.
Now, according to some well placed people with "sources" in the program....there is a possibility that TM could rejoin the team after this season....BUT, there is no decision and there is a lot of hurdles that still need to be defined and met.
Bottom line: it is POSSIBLE....but, it is far from decided.

Saw a few articles last night stating that he is supposed to announce where he'll transfer tomorrow. So who knows at this point.
