HAVE to go to Flaming Torch tonight (lady friend has a coupon or something she needs to use). Hope it doesn't suck.
Looking at the menu I'll probably go with:
VEAL SWEETBREAD WITH SAUCE VERONIQUE
Sautéed sweetbreads with lemon, wine, butter and peeled white grapes

DUET OF DUCK WITH LYONNAISE POTATO
Confit style leg, pan seared duck breast with calvados and demi reduction
