A customer and I stopped in for lunch last week and I was absolutely blown away by this place. It looked like a dump from the outside but the food was delicious.

We ended up splitting a large poboy (which was massive) overstuffed with fried catfish, shrimp, and crawfish (I wanted both shrimp and catfish and he wanted shrimp and crawfish so we compromised).

We didn't try anything else but I've read good things about their gumbo. I will definitely stop in there again on my next trip to New Iberia.

I took a huge group of out of staters there once. I could see their apprehension when we arrived. It is a dumpy, seedy looking place at first glance. It was their favorite meal of the whole trip!
