You can buy it from the farmer or from a grain elevator in bulk for cheaper, but it is usually not cleaned and untested.

You corn feeders better strap it on this year, the drought in the middle states will greatly affect corn prices this year.

I just want something to throw in the water to attract ducks, not bait, but attract.

Corn opened today at $7.95
This is before it is hauled, dried, cleaned, and sacked.

A guy in New Roads sells super sacks of corn and soybeans, and sells rice bran. Not sure how much it is this year. 225-718-1458, 225-718-1775.

My mallards love soybeans.

Thanks, Slick. I'll check on this. Rice bran may accomplish the same thing.

Ill tell you what Ive been feeding thats a little cheaper than corn. For the last year Ive been feeding my ducks layer pellets. Just a little cheaper but they eat it way better than corn.

BAITED AREA means any area on which salt, grain, or other feed has been placed,
exposed, deposited, distributed or scattered, if that salt, grain, or other feed could serve as
a lure or attraction for migratory game birds to, on or over areas where hunters are attempting to take them. Any such area will remain a baited area for 10 days following the complete removal of all such salt, grain or other feed.
BAITING means the direct or indirect placing, exposing, depositing, distributing or scattering of salt, grain or other feed that could serve as a lure or attraction for migratory game
birds to, on, or over any areas where hunters are attempting to take them.
