Vacating wins is stupid. Everyone knows what happened on the field.

No, Bowden is not the winningest coach. Its still the pedophle enabler.

Bowden is tops in my book.

Paterno was not coaching the team for at least the last three years.

Let's face it... having Paterno at the top of the all-time wins list would just look wrong.

Without googling, who won Penn State's fourth game in 2004? Who was the opponent?

Now I know the answer to at least one of these questions.

I understand that, but had they done the right thing and reported the violations then, the program would have suffered and more than likely Paterno would have been fired, especially after he had that series of bad seasons, and he never would have beat bowden.
