-Free transfer without having to sit out
-5 year bowl ban
-5 year television ban
-Reduction of scholarships for 5 years (not sure on the exact number).
-Will not be eligible for Big 10 Championship game (if they were to win the Leaders division). The second place team would get the opportunity to play and represent the Leaders division.
-Significant portion of home game revenue goes to charity.

I don't see how a TV ban would work, say it was in place for last year, would all the Bama fans be out of luck when they played Penn St. Just give all TV revenues to charity. If its an actual ban your now punishing fans.

I like this, except the tv ban. All that does is hurt the team they are playing.
