If you are playing someone online, and you call up your routes pre-snap, can your opponent see that?

Any decent player would only run 1-5-5 prowl bear blitz on defense so don't even worry about knowing what play you choose.

Oh I get the question now.
Yes they can see your plays. The trick is to run the clock down to about 5 seconds left before you look at you play so they don't have time to adjust.
