Lol... No you wouldn't, you'd have to ask the steward first who will then check to be sure you paying dues. Then he would go through an arbitration process and ultimately tell you it's not part of the bargaining agreement...

By joining a union you've acknowledged that your inacapable of thinking for yourself and are willing to pay someone to do it for you.
