Cazorla has set a high bar for himself with the quality he has showed so far this season, so I was a little disappointed in him. He often takes too many touches when he's in the box and looking for an opportunity to take a shot.

I couldn't agree more with a lot of the previous sentiment regarding Gervinho. He had a good turn on that goal but that's almost expected. However, he is a huge net negative on the buildup. His whole strategy of dribbling it into the backline in the box until running out of space didn't work against Man City and it didn't work against Chelsea, two of the top backlines in the league.

Mannone was awful on that free kick and needs to go back to being third string. Just a disgraceful effort on that goal.

It was a frustrating loss but there are some positives. Chelsea will certainly at least be Top 3 this year and Arsenal still could have won against them in spite of Diaby's injury and the whole team not really firing on all cylinders (Ramsey, Ox playing like shite as well). Arteta played very well.

Giroud seems like he's starting to progress and adjust a little bit better to the Premiership. I wouldn't mind seeing him get the nod against West Ham next week and move Podolski outside. Our wingers suck anyway.

Good news is for us we battle through every match, and are always in the thick of it till the final minute.

City have some defensive woes, despite having the same backline return from last season. They just aren't near as rock solid as they were in their title campaign. That and they are barely getting by with a ton of goals in the final 10 minutes, that luck will end at some point. ManU have some serious, very serious, defensive deficiencies, and have absolutely no one in the center of midfield to slow down or break up the play of the opposition. Everton I have no clue if they can keep this up. Newcastle are doing well because Ba is literally backpacking them, I don't think he can keep up this quality for the majority of the season. Spurs look very good on the counter, have a fast midfield. They don't have the best backline, and Defoe is playing better than he has in years who knows how long he can keep up this form. Chelsea to me look the most legitimate team of the bunch. They are fairly organized at the back, and have multiple attacking weapons capable of putting up many goals.

Arsenal, we really need to find goals scorers. That and our offensive identity. Are we trying to have a target man, whip in crosses into the box, play through a certain someone up top? Just what exactly is our offensive strategy? We have free flowing football for the majority of the match, but it bogs down a good bit when we work it up the final 3rd.

More good news is of the next 3: West Ham, Norwich, and QPR we should get a good amount of goals and find some confidence. Those latter 2 sides have looked downright horrid on defense.
