I'll have to agree to disagree with you on that one. The goal from Gerv looked more like an accident than anything else. One yard further back and that sails over the goal just like every touch he had the previous week. He set up a half chance for Cazorla at the edge of the box, but how much good build up play did he completely waste by stopping the ball or giving it away needlessly? He's certainly a quality player, but his play depreciates the quality and influence that Poldi, Cazorla, Arteta, and Ox can have on the pitch.

Didn't look accidental to me. And nah it'd probably have needed to be 4 yards back for that to happen. But I'm not sure that's relevant in the slightest.

Gervinho didn't slow it down terribly today. There were a couple of times, but he was also very dangerous at times. Gotta take the good with the bad. Was certainly more dangerous than Theo late on.

We need to sort out this Theo contract mess. Don't think it's been good for him or the team.
