Assuming it's raining and the playing surface sucks (as it usually does during the NFL game in London every year) that could be a very tricky line considering Navy's offense

London and Dublin are not the same. Aviva Stadium is primarily a rugby stadium, whereas Wembley is primarily a soccer stadium. The pitch maintenance is different, as is how they are used by the sports (and thus wear and tear is accrued).

Plus, it's early enough in the season that the field should be good.
