any tips for smoking pork loin roast?

I have 2 pork loin roast around 2.5lbs each. I’m thinking about smoking these similar to a pork butt. Should I slice or pull? What is a suggested smoke time? I’m thinking internal temp should be around 155-160. I appreciate any insight!

low and slow. pulled with just a bit of sauce. I make mine from a mango juice reduction.
