Nice, I should have done that as well.

Frat: How's the fermentation on the Consecration beer going? I don't care about the slightly low gravity. I'm sure it'll be fine.

We brewed a Chocolate hazelnut porter kit yesterday that didn't include the 8 oz of Black patent malt... went ahead and brewed it without it but who knows how it'll turn out.

I was worried yesterday morning when I saw no signs of fermentation. Then it took off like a rocket. So its fermenting nicely.

I don't use much BP in most porters. How much chocolate was included? It may turn out to be more of a brown porter than a robust porter but no harm there.
