Have the day off today. Working up a Russian imperial stout now. After it has fermented I will age it on some oak cubes soaked in bourbon.

I think I might brew the house rye pa tomorrow.

Nice, I should have done that as well.

Frat: How's the fermentation on the Consecration beer going? I don't care about the slightly low gravity. I'm sure it'll be fine.

We brewed a Chocolate hazelnut porter kit yesterday that didn't include the 8 oz of Black patent malt... went ahead and brewed it without it but who knows how it'll turn out.
