Walmart does it for $10 a tire but they will not mount the wheel weight on the inside of the rim.
Got into an argument with the "head" mechanic when I was trying to get my BFGs installed. He told me that it was the wrong way of installing the weight, it would ride like shite, and probably fall off. At that point in time I just told him that Ford sells millions of trucks with the weights on the inside of the tires and walked away. Tire Kingdom mounted and balanced the tires for a hair over $100
