Do we know for sure exactly what Paterno was told? Paterno is certainly guilty of neglecting the situation but enabling is too strong a word in my opinion

JoePa knew back in the 90s - AND DID NOTHING. Why do you think one of the most respected college assistants retired and never so much as got a sniff of an offer at another job? People act like this was some deep hidden secret that was only recently revealed. bullshite. It was an open secret that many people in the PSU community knew about. JoePa knew. But he was such a vain old man he was more worried about his image than those kid's safety.

Remember when that sanctimonious old turd said he wouldnt retire to leave college football "to the Barry Switzers and Jackie Sherrils of the world"? Last I checked, Barry Switzer didnt have assistant coaches anally raping juvenile males with his complicity.
