Actually you're wrong about that. He was more hands off and let Grewe too much. He admitted that after last year and the coaches are more involved now. We'll have to wait and see if that makes a difference.

Rooney and Goodwin did all the recruiting for Maineri .. when they left, CPM handed it all to Grewe .. that failed .. but, do we even know if CPM can recruit ? to a les miles degree ?
