Restaurants in the Daytona Beach area

I'm going there next week with my wife and kids. We usually vacation on the gulf or in the mountains, but decided to try a different beach this year.
Does anyone have any restaurant recommendations? What about things to do with the kids (8 year old twins)?
I've checked out tripadvisor and a few other places, but I usually get better advice on here. TIA.

watch them very closely in the water....the waves there are tremendous compared to the gulf and of course much more dangerous. Love daytona beach though

Thanks for the warning. We've been to some other ruogh water beaches in the Caribbean and they love the bigger waves. That's one of the reasons we chose an Atlantic Coast beach this year.
You sound like an old pro. Any restaurant recommendations?

JB' Fishcamp in New Smyrna is pretty cool. You can rent kayaks and fish there as well.

Bump damnit.
Almost to page 3 and only one recommendation which is almost an hour drive from my condo.

Crabby's Joe's is alright. Food is good enough and you get to dine on a pier, which the kids will love.

There aren't many good resteraunts i'n Daytona. They have a few ok places. Crabby joes, bubba gump, ocean deck.
If you have girls, go get them a hair wrap and a fake tatoo at my friends place at the Ocean Walk resort. There are several resteraunts and bars , as well as shops near the ocean walk. There are nightly concerts there on the weekends.. It's close to the boardwalk where you kids can play the arcades and ride some of the specialty rides.
I also remember a place called Charlie horse on a1a that had good crabs.
