Both outstanding. If you can get through season 1-4 of breaking bad before July 15th then do it first, new season starts then.
But if I had to choose the Wire is probably the top one.

That would be my exact reason to not start Breaking Bad. I hate having to wait a week in between episodes.
I would start The Wire and tivo the new season of Breaking Bad and then watch it after I finished The Wire.
