There is just no attempt at all to try there. I feel like everyone at LSU was pretending to think it is so great because the guy went to LSU.

I heard from some buddies he presented this for an assignment at LSU. Come up with a business model, and he failed. Yet in the real world, he didnt. It was all about the sauce really, and now that its been around for 16 years, it's nothing special.
Gotta give props to the guy though for following through with his dream and becoming very successful.

Cane's used to be awesome....but Zaxby's is in no way better unless you count it's larger menu.
I think both do well because their food is decent, and their restaurants are usually very clean.
