I coached correctly you think that Katz could put up similar numbers to Carmona in the America East conference? I could buy that.

This, Katz chases way too many bad pitches and strikes out way too much. Also Jones is STILL after 2 fricking years unable to hit breaking balls. This kind of stuff goes on the hitting coach not teaching these guys proper technique.

Jones has to get better next year he has to figure it out or be told how to figure it out. He should be spraying shite around with power like Jankowski did this weekend. If he doesn't he is going to lose a lot of money.

well, if it's as easy as getting a hitting coach, then i'm sure lsu can pay more than stoney brook to get theirs!

I thought after last year not making post season would put some fire under this team and it did. We went on to win the SEC and the regionals. But, we left our bats home for the Supers. I think the name Stoney Brook is what is freaking people out. Losing to a no name team, but this team has been scoring runs all year long and did so in the Miami Regional. I believe SB will do just fine in Omaha and will be the fan favorite. SB is no under dog talent wise just highly underrated. Just can't believe how many 2 out hits they get and always seem to get timely hitting. They are fun to watch just upset it happended against the Tigers.
