umm yes Louisiana does...Baton Rouge alone has enough to fill a roster. you really need to see U-High and Baton Rouge High and Catholic play, Woodlawn and Episcopal have a few studs too. I don't have any soccer players but I've seen these teams play and it ain't boring and it ain't slow.
