All these Chelsea fans would be raising holy hell if it happened to them. I don't even like Spurs, the point is that the rule is bad. Stop being such homers.

Liverpool fan here ... and rules is rules. I do sort of think Chelsea has the right to defend its UCL title, but hey, MAYBE I'M JUST WILD AND CRAZY.

I would be sad/disappointed. No doubt it would suck, but every rule that works against you a specific year does not necessarily makes it a terrible rule.
