Put Garnett on the Spurs and they probably win 3 titles.

They would even come close in 99, KG wasn't even close to his prime at that point.
They don't get past the Lakers in 03 without Duncan.
They definitely don't beat the Pistons in 2005
KG probable win in 07 because the power forward spot wasn't the focal point of that team, Parker and Ginobili were.
