It's just east of where Causeway meets Jefferson Highway. There used to be a Frostop in the parking lot and a Piccadilly Cafeteria is across the street.
They took the old building at the back of the property and spruced it up with window displays, mannequins, and parking meters. They built fake buildings opposite this and painted signs all around.
ETA: I'll try to post some pics this evening.

I ate lunch in the strip mall today. As a few others have said it is the Seth Rogen/Jonah Hill movie.
