I still have no idea how to use this chart. It makes absolutely no sense to me.
I've looked at it a dozen times.

Using the 1st tab, how many servings do you need? Enter that number the first column of pink cells and hit enter. That's it.
Now you can read the ingredient amounts you need in the yellow cells at the bottom. Using these amounts, follow the instructions on the Procedure tab.
The yellow cells at the top give you the amount of jamb produced, the smallest pot size you can use, the fill level of the pot and an estimate of the meat percentage of the jambalaya.
All the pink cells can be changed to suit your needs, but you certainly don't need to. The base settings will produce a terrific result. The yellow cells are the output.
